Responsibilities

• Act as brand ambassador and category expert for Men's ready-to-wear
• Drive ready-to-wear business and achieve sales targets
• Deliver product training and support new launches
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and manage a client portfolio
• Coach and mentor team members through briefings and 1:1 sessions
• Observe selling interactions and provide feedback to improve performance
