Seasonal Beauty Sales team member focused on women's fragrances responsible for delivering personalized beauty experiences, driving sales in luxury and ontrend beauty brands, and building customer relationships both in store and digitally. This role includes makeup applications, skincare consultations, booking appointments, and maintaining a customer ready department.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses to recommend products
• Engage customers to understand needs and build a customer following in store and digitally
• Set and achieve sales goals and participate in digital selling using text and social media
• Book appointments and drive sales for in store beauty events and services
• Manage sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
• Maintain organization and cleanliness to keep the department customer ready
• Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
• Assist in opening new customer reward accounts to build loyalty

Requirements

• Passion for beauty trends, makeup application, and skincare
• Excellent customer service and ability to connect with customers
• Strong multitasking, organization, and follow through skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Physical ability to stand and move continuously for 6-8 hours per shift
• Ability to lift regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
• Comfort using technology for selling and scheduling
