Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses to recommend products
• Engage customers to understand needs and drive sales in-store and digitally
• Book appointments and support in-store beauty events and services
• Use text and social media tools to build a customer following and promote products
• Manage sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges
• Open new rewards accounts and build customer loyalty
• Maintain department organization, cleanliness, and customer readiness
• Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
