Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products based on customer goals
- Engage customers to understand needs and maximize sales for beauty brands
- Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling using text and social media
- Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services
- Manage sales, refunds, and exchanges while opening new rewards accounts
- Maintain organization and cleanliness to keep the department customer-ready
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive environment
- Stay current with beauty trends and product knowledge through training

- Excellent customer service skills and ability to connect with customers

- Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills
- Drive to achieve sales goals and interest in using networking and technology
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Capable of continuous movement 6-8 hours per shift and frequent bending and reaching
- Ability to lift regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
