Client Advisor - Rodeo Drive

Summary

Provide personalized luxury client service and drive sales at a flagship Rodeo Drive location. Deliver exceptional product knowledge and curate tailored experiences to build long term client relationships while representing the brand with professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients on the sales floor and provide individualized product recommendations
• Build and maintain a client book through proactive outreach and follow up
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling
• Conduct fitting and presentation of merchandise with attention to detail
• Process transactions, returns, and repairs accurately
• Coordinate appointments and private viewings for VIP clients
• Collaborate with store team to maintain visual merchandising standards
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail or client advisory experience in luxury goods
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong sales orientation and proven ability to meet targets
• High level of discretion and professionalism with VIP clientele
• Detailed product knowledge and passion for luxury fashion
• Ability to work weekends and flexible hours including evenings
• Proficiency with point of sale systems and CRM tools
