Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses to recommend products based on customer goals
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools including text and social media
- Book appointments and drive sales for beauty events and services
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming inclusive environment
- Manage sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
- Open new customer reward program accounts to build loyalty
- Maintain department organization cleanliness and customer readiness
- Stay current on beauty trends products and industry knowledge through training
Requirements
- Passion for beauty trends makeup application and skincare
- Excellent customer service skills with ability to connect and handle concerns
- Empathy and respect for customers during services
- Strong multitasking organization and follow-through skills
- Drive to achieve sales goals with interest in networking and technology
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Capable of continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift and regularly lift up to 10 pounds occasionally up to 25 pounds
