Provide personalized beauty experiences for customers in the Nordstrom Beauty Department, with a focus on luxury beauty products. Build customer relationships and drive in-store and digital sales through product recommendations, makeup applications, and skincare analyses.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products based on customer goals.
• Set and achieve in-store and digital sales goals using available selling tools.
• Book appointments and support sales at beauty events and services.
• Maintain an organized, clean, customer-ready department.
• Build customer loyalty, process sales and returns, and support Nordstrom Rewards enrollment.
• Stay current on beauty trends, products, and industry knowledge through training.
• Collaborate with team members to provide a welcoming and inclusive customer experience.
