Provide personalized beauty experiences in a luxury department setting by engaging customers, performing makeup applications and skincare analyses, and driving sales both in-store and digitally. Collaborate with team members to maintain a welcoming environment and stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge. Support department operations including booking appointments, managing transactions, and keeping the area customer-ready.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses to recommend products based on customer goals
• Engage customers to build relationships and drive sales in-store and through digital channels
• Book appointments and promote in-store beauty events and services
• Use selling tools including text and social media to reach customers
• Manage sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges accurately
• Maintain department organization, cleanliness, and customer readiness
• Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive customer experience
• Keep up with product knowledge through trainings provided by the employer and brand partners
