Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses to recommend products aligned with customer goals
- Engage customers to build relationships and drive sales in-store and through digital channels
- Book appointments and support beauty events and in-store services
- Use text and social media to sell and grow customer following
- Manage transactions including sales, refunds, and exchanges
- Maintain department organization, cleanliness, and customer readiness
- Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive customer experience
- Keep up to date with product knowledge through trainings with brand partners
Requirements
- Passion for beauty trends, makeup application, and skincare
- Strong customer service skills with ability to handle customer concerns empathetically
- Ability to build customer loyalty and open new rewards accounts
- Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through abilities
- Drive to achieve sales goals and proficiency using networking and technology
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends based on business needs
- Ability to stand and move continuously 6-8 hours with frequent bending and reaching
