Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer needs
• Recommend products and services to achieve customers beauty goals
• Set and achieve sales goals including in-store and digital selling
• Use text and social media to network and drive sales
• Book appointments and support in-store beauty events and services
• Manage sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges
• Maintain department organization and cleanliness to ensure customer readiness
• Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive customer experience
• Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through training
