Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer beauty goals
• Recommend products from on trend and luxury beauty brands
• Set and achieve sales goals through in store and digital selling including text and social media
• Book appointments and drive sales for in store beauty events and services
• Manage sales refunds and exchanges while opening new customer reward accounts
• Maintain department organization cleanliness and customer readiness
• Stay current on beauty trends products and industry knowledge through training
