Summary

Provide personalized beauty consultations and demonstrations to drive sales across brands, build lasting customer relationships, and support appointment-based and digital selling. Maintain product expertise, collaborate with vendors, and create in-store events to grow business. Work a flexible schedule that varies by week to meet department needs.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Conduct service consultations to assess customer preferences and needs
• Demonstrate product application and artistry techniques to drive purchases
• Schedule and manage appointment-based selling and follow up with customers
• Utilize selling tools including text and social media to grow sales
• Create and host in-store events and network in the community
• Open new customer reward accounts to support retention
• Build and maintain strong vendor and brand relationships
• Perform physical tasks including lifting and continuous movement during shifts

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of beauty industry experience
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organization, follow-through, and ownership
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort with commission based selling and meeting sales targets
• Physical ability to perform continuous movement and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
