Boutique Assistant

Summary

Support Cartier's boutique client experience by welcoming clients, assisting with appointments, and partnering with the boutique team to deliver personalized service. Help maintain an organized, polished boutique environment and uphold brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients, support appointment preparation, and contribute to memorable client experiences.
• Assist with client service requests, sales support, phone duties, client data entry, and client development activities.
• Support boutique traffic flow, merchandising, display maintenance, inventory control, and opening and closing activities.
• Maintain supplies and assist with product movements, special projects, and operational procedures.
• Build knowledge of Cartier heritage, products, and standards while collaborating with the boutique team.

Requirements

• Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous luxury retail, service, or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Excellent computer skills and Microsoft Office experience required; SAP knowledge preferred.
• Strong client service, communication, organization, attention to detail, and multitasking skills.
• Availability to work retail hours, including weekends, and travel for training as needed.
