Boutique Assistant - Valley Fair

Summary

The Boutique Assistant supports an exceptional client experience in Cartier's luxury boutique, helping create a welcoming and seamless environment. This long-term temporary role assists with both client-facing hospitality and boutique operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare appointments, support product presentation and sales finalization, and help manage boutique traffic and the appointment queue.
• Maintain hospitality and client service areas, replenish supplies, and support client requests and personalization services.
• Assist with phone duties, boutique opening and closing, non-sellable stock maintenance, and special projects.
• Uphold boutique security, operational, visual, and service standards while collaborating with the team.

Requirements

• Previous luxury retail, service, or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Excellent computer skills and MS Office experience required; SAP knowledge and additional languages are preferred.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and client service skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Must be available for retail hours, including weekends, and travel for training as needed.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, frequently bend or kneel, climb stairs, and lift or move items up to approximately 45 pounds.
