Boutique Assistant - Fifth Ave

As a Boutique Assistant at Van Cleef & Arpels Fifth Ave, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the boutique. You will support Sales Associates, assist with daily boutique maintenance and operations, and contribute to the Van Cleef & Arpels Service Excellence Ceremony. Your proactive and adaptable nature will help you thrive in a dynamic retail environment, providing exceptional customer service and support.

• Handle daily replenishment of selling floor supplies to ensure smooth operations.
• Participate in set up and breakdowns at opening and closing of the boutique.
• Manage morning jewelry set up and evening jewelry pulling, as well as backstock maintenance.
• Accurately backfill POS stations and desks.
• Maintain strong partnership with Management and Boutique Administrators to ensure merchandise is kept in proper condition.
• Greet clients and assist with Reception duties.
• Respect all protocols defined by Management and Corporate regarding the client experience.
• Uphold Van Cleef & Arpels image by maintaining a professional demeanor and following the Service Charter.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced luxury environment preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and adept at multitasking.
• Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with SAP software is a plus.
• Excellent communication and verbal abilities.
• Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial.
