Summary

The Boutique Assistant supports boutique operations and helps deliver an exceptional client experience at a luxury jewelry boutique. This role assists Sales Associates and Reception while maintaining the selling floor, jewelry, and backstock.

Responsibilities

• Replenish selling floor supplies and backfill point-of-sale stations and desks.
• Assist with boutique opening and closing, including jewelry setup, pulling, and backstock maintenance.
• Greet clients and support Reception duties.
• Maintain merchandise condition and uphold boutique service and presentation standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• At least two years of experience in a fast-paced luxury environment preferred.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, computer, communication, and verbal skills.
• SAP familiarity and fluency in multiple languages are beneficial.
