Boutique Assistant - Tysons

Summary

The Boutique Assistant supports a seamless luxury client experience through hospitality, boutique operations, and client service. This temporary role partners with boutique management and sales associates to maintain an inviting, organized environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and assist with appointment preparation, product presentation, sales support, gift wrapping, and hospitality.
• Support boutique traffic flow, appointment scheduling, phone inquiries, and client service requests.
• Maintain visual standards, organize and replenish supplies, and assist with opening and closing duties.
• Follow security and operational procedures and collaborate with the boutique team on daily tasks and special projects.

Requirements

• Previous luxury retail, service, or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Strong computer skills and MS Office experience; SAP knowledge is preferred.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Availability to work retail hours, including weekends, and ability to meet the physical demands of the role.
