Summary

The Shoe Operating Assistant supports the customer experience and department operations in the men's shoe department. Working with the Business Manager and sales professionals, this role helps maintain stockroom standards and drive department initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support customer experience initiatives and partner with department leadership on business-driving efforts.
• Maintain stockroom organization and support selling-floor initiatives.
• Manage jobouts, mismates, damages, repairs, and other operational tasks to department standards.
• Communicate workload progress and help plan department and store workload.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years of related experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort using registers, calculators, and other technology; basic math skills.
• Flexible availability, dependable attendance, and ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds.
