Boutique Beauty Consultant - Brickell

As a Boutique Beauty Consultant at Dior in Brickell, you will embody the brand's values and provide exceptional service to clients. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets and enhancing the brand's image through personalized client interactions.

• Conduct in-store and remote selling activities, acting as a personal shopper.
• Sell Dior products by meeting clients' needs and providing a memorable experience.
• Achieve retail sales targets and contribute to boutique KPIs.
• Develop enduring relationships with existing clients and engage new clients.
• Maintain an esthetically pristine and hygienic boutique environment.
• Operate cash registers and assist in closing daily revenues.
• Attend all offsite Seasonal Schools and Dior training programs.

• 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Proven track record in achieving retail results.
• Experience in selling makeup, fragrance, and skincare.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Able to work on weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Spanish or Mandarin speaking skills highly preferred.
