Senior Client Advisor - Coral Gables

As a Senior Client Advisor at Gucci Coral Gables, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, training, and supervising Client Advisors, and managing daily store operations. You will act as a brand ambassador, promoting Gucci values and building strong relationships with clients and the community.

• Provide supervision and guidance to Client Advisors to deliver high performance and customer-centric service.
• Support real-time coaching and feedback to achieve business and product category goals.
• Ensure consistent and branded onboarding experience for Client Advisors and facilitate training.
• Act as a role model by providing exceptional client service and exceeding shopping needs.
• Drive and exceed individual KPI goals through high-level customer service and sales quality.
• Perform floor leadership duties, including opening/closing the store and organizing coverage.
• Contribute to upholding visual display standards and support daily store operations.

• 3+ years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
• Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences and deliver measurable results.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills.
• Passion for the Fashion Industry.
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
