Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools including text and social media
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow sales through appointments and Nordstrom Rewards signups
- Provide product and styling guidance to customers, advising on fit value and wardrobe completion
- Conduct and participate in product knowledge meetings and trainings to build brand expertise
- Merchandise the department including stocking re-merchandising displays price markdowns and transfers
- Provide product feedback to the district manager to influence assortment
- Collaborate with DSAs stylists and surrounding departments to support department goals
