Boutique Director - Las Vegas City Center

As a Boutique Director at Las Vegas City Center, you will lead the management and enhancement of the boutique, focusing on developing sales, growing the sales team, and maintaining a high quality of service. You will work closely with the Regional Retail Manager to achieve strategic and financial objectives.

• Project and produce sales as defined in the store action plan.
• Enhance quality and maintain the integrity of the brand image in the market.
• Identify success profiles and define career paths for team members.
• Generate new clients and develop innovative business ideas.
• Represent the brand at meetings, events, and functions both domestically and internationally.
• Manage inventory levels in coordination with the Supply Chain Department.
• Initiate activities for new product launches and events to increase visibility and sales.
• Assist in developing performance goals for store personnel.
• Provide exceptional customer service to support sales growth.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree in business preferred.
• Multi-Unit or High-Volume Experience in Luxury Retail or Hospitality.
• Strong computer skills in SAP, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Fluency in French or Mandarin is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to endure long periods of standing.
