- Achieve floor sales targets and department targets.
- Manage performance of floor colleagues, providing feedback and development opportunities.
- Conduct competitor analysis and represent the boutique at meetings.
- Organize daily and weekly tasks in line with policies and procedures.
- Maintain visual merchandising to company standards and manage transactional procedures.
- Participate in training and meetings as required.
- Ensure team members adhere to company dress code standards.
- Complete duties as assigned by management and travel for business as required.
Requirements- Jewelry product knowledge and advanced selling and negotiation skills.
- External Jewelry or Retail qualifications with a proven track record of sales and management achievements.
- Experience in inspiring and motivating teams and comfort with high price points.
- Retail management experience in a luxury environment and evidence of performance delivery.
- Ability to develop and implement business strategies and manage operating costs.
- Numerate with the ability to analyze sales performance and lead high-performing sales teams.
- Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume location and provide timely solutions.
