Summary

The Boutique Director leads the boutique as a brand ambassador, developing an exceptional team and delivering superior client service. This role is accountable for achieving performance targets and building a client-focused, inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

• Coach and inspire boutique staff to deliver an elevated client experience.
• Develop boutique leaders and foster feedback, teamwork, and mutual respect.
• Set and achieve business goals with the boutique team and Home Office, using performance indicators to guide improvements.
• Represent the brand in the market and develop the client base through community involvement, partnerships, and events.
• Maintain boutique image and operational standards through an in-store leadership presence.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a passion for client experience and people development.
• Foreign language skills preferred but not required.
• Flexible schedule, including late nights, weekends, and some holidays; ability to lift 15 lbs.
