Boutique Facilitator - Aspen

As a Boutique Facilitator at CHANEL in Aspen, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the boutique by supporting sales associates and maximizing client-facing time. You will be trained to provide exceptional service and assist in all areas of the boutique to enhance the client experience.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and act as a brand ambassador.
• Support operations by managing incoming and outgoing shipments and assisting with inventory counts.
• Assist Fashion Advisors with packaging and support register operations.
• Handle administrative tasks such as answering phone calls and resolving client issues.
• Facilitate the opening and closing of the boutique and manage cash handling.

• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• High School Diploma required.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs.
• Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for client experience.
