Temporary Seasonal Sales Support Associate providing clerical and sales floor support in a boutique setting. Role includes client service, assisting sales team with merchandising and packaging, answering phones, and supporting after sales tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients promptly and provide friendly assistance at point of sale
• Support sales team with selling process including hanging and returning merchandise
• Retrieve stock and prepare items for the sales floor and stock room
• Organize and maintain workstation and selling floor merchandise standards
• Stock packaging materials such as bags boxes ribbons and stationery
• Support client service concierge doorperson and greeter activities
• Log repairs contact clients and maintain after sales records
• Answer phones and provide timely customer service

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service orientation
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Ability to handle difficult situations with composure
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs without assistance
• Willingness to perform clerical and physical sales support tasks
