Responsibilities
- Drive daily, weekly and monthly sales goals through proactive customer engagement
- Provide personalized service aligned to brand expectations and company vision
- Support and participate in team training to execute business results
- Utilize company shopping technologies and alternative purchasing processes
- Engage in networking to build a clientele and strengthen customer connectivity
- Maintain sales floor standards and visual merchandising at all times
- Provide feedback to management on opportunities and category needs
- Support a collaborative and inclusive store environment
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience preferred in a high-volume specialty environment
- Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel
- Ability to stand, walk and work on the sales floor for multiple hours
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform moderate climbing
- Ability to operate a cash register and support store technology
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings and weekends
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
