Boutique Facilitator

Summary

Provide exceptional client service and multifunctional support within the boutique, assisting sales associates and operations to maximize client-facing time and ensure smooth daily boutique activities. Support opening and closing procedures, inventory processing, shipping and administrative tasks while representing the brand professionally.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet clients and support client experiences on the sales floor
• Assist Fashion Advisors with packaging and client follow up
• Support incoming and outgoing shipments and inventory cycle counts
• Perform daily re-ticketing and merchandise receiving tasks
• Open and close registers and assist with cash handling and deposits
• Answer phone calls and resolve client issues promptly and professionally
• Perform general boutique operations and administrative duties as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of related experience
• Minimum High School Diploma
• Able to lift 15 lbs
• Flexible schedule with availability for late nights weekends and some holidays
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Passion for the brand and desire to learn and grow in retail
• Foreign language skills preferred but not required
