Summary
Provide clerical and sales support for front and back of house boutique operations during the seasonal period. Deliver high levels of client service including greeting clients, assisting with sales transactions, packaging, and supporting after sales activities. Maintain merchandise presentation and stock levels on the selling floor and in the stock room.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and provide prompt friendly assistance on the selling floor.
- Assist sales team with hanging merchandise returning items to floor and retrieving stock.
- Prepare packaging wrap and maintain supplies such as bags boxes ribbons and stationery.
- Organize and prioritize workstation and selling floor to support sales efforts.
- Support Client Service Concierge Doorperson and Greeter Host activities as needed.
- Support after sales tasks including logging repairs contacting clients and maintaining records.
- Answer phones courteously and provide appropriate customer service.
- Perform clerical duties for front and back of house operations and other duties assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with composure and compassion.
- Ability to lift between 0-25 lbs without assistance.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as straightening filling in and maintaining merchandise standards.
- Willingness to work in a seasonal temporary capacity and follow supervisory direction.
