Seasonal Stock Support

Summary

Seasonal Stock Support performs non-selling operational duties to ensure smooth day-to-day retail store operations, including receiving and processing deliveries, maintaining stockroom organization, supporting the sales floor, and executing inventory tasks. Role is adaptable to business needs and may be offered full-time or part-time. This position supports store presentation and can lead to future leadership opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Process freight and receive deliveries following company guidelines
• Perform daily RFID inventory scans and ISOS replenishment activities
• Manage ship to home orders and store to store transfers
• Reticket merchandise and apply RFID tags and EAS tags
• Support sales floor with stock checks and merchandise delivery
• Assist customers and process sales transactions when on the sales floor
• Maintain organized stockroom and clean sales floor and fitting rooms
• Participate in visual merchandising and maintain store presentation standards
• Collaborate with team and provide feedback to management

Requirements

• Back of house or similar retail experience preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel
• Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs and maneuvering around store environments
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and possible overnight shifts
• Ability to perform inventory tasks including scans and tagging accurately
• Maintain positive working relationships with customers and coworkers
• Adaptable to variable duties and store needs
