Boutique Facilitator

Summary

Provide exceptional client service and operational support within the boutique, assisting sales associates and the operations team to maximize client-facing time and ensure efficient store functioning. Perform multifunctional tasks including shipping and receiving, inventory support, register duties, and administrative responsibilities. Support opening and closing procedures and help maintain a seamless client experience in a high-end retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet clients and support hosting activities
• Provide sales and service support as a brand ambassador
• Assist operations with incoming and outgoing shipments
• Support inventory cycle counts and daily re-ticketing
• Help with packaging and preparation of sales items
• Open and close registers and assist with cash handling and deposits
• Answer phone calls and resolve client inquiries professionally
• Perform general administrative tasks to support boutique operations

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of related experience
• Minimum High School Diploma
• Ability to lift 15 lbs
• Flexible availability including late nights, weekends, and some holidays
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for client experience and luxury brand knowledge
• Willingness to learn and grow within the boutique
