Boutique Facilitator, Host

Summary

Provide warm client greetings and manage boutique flow to facilitate a seamless client experience. Support boutique operations by assisting clients during wait times, managing appointments and helping other team members to maximize client-facing time. Maintain attention to detail while working in a fast paced retail environment with flexible schedule requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients upon arrival and share health and safety information
• Manage client wait times and appointments using boutique tools and processes
• Answer client questions and facilitate a smooth experience during wait periods
• Maintain flow of traffic to ensure adequate service levels
• Communicate realistic expectations about wait times and in-boutique experience
• Support other boutique team members to maximize client-facing time
• Perform heart of house tasks including opening and closing boutique and receiving inventory
• Assist with shipping product to support sales and client service

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of related experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills and a client service focus
• Ability to work flexible schedule including late nights, weekends and some holidays
• Ability to lift 15 lbs
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Passion for the brand and desire to learn and grow professionally
• Foreign language skills preferred but not required
