Job Description

Summary

As a Boutique Facilitator at Chanel Century City, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the boutique, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the sales team in a luxury retail environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the daily operations of the boutique, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Support the sales team by managing inventory and maintaining store presentation standards.
  • Facilitate communication between the sales team and management to optimize store performance.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide product information with a high level of professionalism.
  • Coordinate with the back-of-house team to ensure efficient stock management.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a retail or customer service role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, luxury retail environment.
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems is a plus.
