Boutique Facilitator - Palm Beach Gardens

Summary

Provide high standards of client service and operational support within the boutique by assisting sales associates and operations to maximize client-facing time and ensure seamless store functioning. This multi-functional role includes handling shipments, assisting with inventory, supporting opening and closing procedures, and performing administrative tasks to resolve client issues professionally.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet clients and support client hosting
• Provide continuous sales and service support as a brand ambassador
• Support incoming and outgoing shipment processes
• Assist with inventory cycle counts and daily re-ticketing
• Help Fashion Advisors with packaging and presentation
• Support opening and closing of registers and cash handling
• Answer phone calls and resolve client issues promptly
• Perform general administrative tasks to support boutique operations

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of related experience
• Minimum high school diploma
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to lift at least 15 lbs
• Flexible schedule with availability for late nights weekends and some holidays
• Team oriented with strong collaboration skills
• Passion for the brand and desire to learn and grow professionally
