Boutique Facilitator - Palm Beach Gardens

Summary

Provide exceptional client service and operational support within the boutique, assisting sales associates and operations to maximize client-facing time and ensure smooth day to day boutique functions. Train across multiple boutique activities including shipments, inventory support, register procedures, and client interactions while representing the brand with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet clients and support hosting duties to create a high quality client experience
• Assist Fashion Advisors with packaging and client purchase preparation
• Support incoming and outgoing shipments and receiving processes
• Perform inventory cycle counts and daily re ticketing as needed
• Support opening and closing of registers and assist with cash handling and deposits
• Answer phone calls and resolve client issues professionally and promptly
• Perform general administrative tasks to support boutique operations

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of related experience
• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs
• Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Passion for client experience and desire to learn and grow professionally
• Foreign language skills preferred but not required
