Summary
Temporary Seasonal Sales Support Associate provides clerical and floor support for front and back of house boutique operations, assisting the sales team with merchandising, client service tasks, packaging, and basic administrative duties while maintaining brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and provide prompt friendly assistance at point of sale
- Support sales team with selling process including hanging and returning merchandise
- Retrieve stock and prepare merchandise for the selling floor
- Organize and prioritize workstation and selling floor supplies and presentation
- Assist with wrapping packaging and maintaining inventory of packaging items
- Answer phones and provide courteous client communication
- Support Client Service Concierge Doorperson and Greeter Host activities
- Log repairs contact clients and maintain active after sales records
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Customer service oriented with ability to handle difficult situations with composure
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs without assistance
- Ability to perform physical merchandising tasks and maintain presentation standards
- Ability to work in a fast paced retail boutique environment
- Available for temporary seasonal assignment
