Boutique Key Holder - Brickell

As a Boutique Key Holder at Dior in Brickell, you will serve as a Dior Ambassador, promoting the Dior Maison and Values with passion. You will be responsible for opening and closing the store, managing daily operations in the absence of management, and ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

• Perform opening procedures, including deactivating security systems and preparing the store for the day.
• Handle end-of-day closing responsibilities such as counting cash, completing sales reports, and activating security systems.
• Supervise the team in the absence of management, including training new employees and delegating tasks.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including visual merchandising displays.
• Conduct in-store and remote selling activities, acting as a personal shopper and meeting clients' needs.
• Achieve retail sales targets and contribute to boutique KPIs.
• Develop and maintain enduring relationships with clients both in-store and remotely.

• 1 year of Key Holder experience in a retail environment.
• 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Proven track record in achieving retail results.
• Experience in selling makeup, fragrance, and skincare.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational POS systems.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Spanish or Mandarin speaking skills highly preferred.
