Supervisor - Bal Harbour

We are seeking a dedicated Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Bottega Veneta in Bal Harbour. As a Supervisor, you will report to the Store Director and serve as a role model in building client relationships, achieving sales goals, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also support the management team by acting as a Manager On Duty, ensuring staff coverage and addressing associate and client needs on the sales floor.

• Meet and exceed monthly sales and KPI goals through client outreach and developing new clients.
• Utilize selling techniques to maximize transactions and improve KPIs.
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships and update client profiles.
• Coach staff on the Client Journey and provide feedback to management.
• Perform daily MOD shifts to ensure consistent client experience and staff support.
• Educate team on product knowledge and selling skills.
• Contribute ideas in management meetings and manage store tasks efficiently.
• Perform operational functions including opening and closing the store and maintaining visual standards.
• Comply with company policies and maintain a respectful environment for all associates.

• 3 - 5 years of retail sales or management experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Ability to motivate and influence others and achieve sales goals.
• Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and team-oriented attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Polished and well-groomed appearance.
• Availability to work closing shifts, weekends, and during the holiday season.
• Ability to climb a ladder and lift packages regularly.
