Boutique Manager

As a Boutique Manager at A. Lange & Söhne in Boston, you will lead the boutique with an entrepreneurial spirit, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and maintaining high standards of client service. You will be responsible for daily operations, client services, and building a high-performing team.

• Lead in achieving individual and team sales goals, and overall Boutique KPIs.
• Drive sales and customer service to consistently achieve or exceed targets.
• Master knowledge of the boutique business and implement effective sales strategies.
• Develop long-term client relationships to increase business opportunities.
• Anticipate business needs and proactively activate plans to minimize disruptions.
• Enforce operational and audit policies and procedures.
• Ensure maintenance of the boutique to Brand standards.
• Manage back of house operations and daily opening and closing of the Boutique.
• Lead in hiring, motivating, and maintaining a cohesive team.
• Support in pulling sales data reports as needed.

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 6+ years of experience in luxury retail management and boutique operations.
• Strong critical thinking and solution-oriented skills.
• Initiative and conscientiousness in responsibilities.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights and weekends.
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and SAP preferred.
• Secondary language is a plus.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
