Boutique Manager - Ala Moana

As a Boutique Manager at Ala Moana, you will be a performance-driven sales expert responsible for increasing boutique sales and achieving objectives. You will play an active role on the sales floor, analyze retail performance KPIs, and identify business opportunities. You will also stay updated on the watch industry and local market competitive environment.

• Set individual and collective objectives, follow performance, and conduct reviews of team members.
• Shadow and support team members on the floor, provide immediate feedback, and develop them in their current roles.
• Ensure team motivation and cohesion while promoting a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment.
• Identify and hire new team members.
• Ensure outstanding service is offered to all visitors in store and embody the Tag Heuer brand values.
• Lead the team to develop long-term relationships with clients and set clienteling objectives.
• Oversee boutique operational processes, including inventory, cash, security, and store opening and closing.
