Boutique Manager

The Boutique Manager is responsible for the overall management of the boutique, including associates, merchandise, and customer service. This role involves achieving sales objectives, maintaining high operational and merchandising standards, building motivated teams, and developing the sales team.

• Develop boutique business plans with marketing and promotional strategies to drive traffic and grow the customer base.
• Demonstrate sales leadership and ensure a positive team environment.
• Motivate and coach the sales team to meet sales and productivity goals.
• Manage clienteling functions and ensure product knowledge among sales associates.
• Recruit, coach, and develop team members, conducting annual reviews and succession planning.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Assist in maintaining visual standards and work with the corporate visual team.

• Minimum of 4-7 years’ experience in luxury retail with 1-2 years of management experience.
• Previous experience in high-end watch sales preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle multiple demands and work in a team environment.
• Computer proficiency required.
