Store Manager - Orlando Outlet

As a Store Manager at the Orlando Outlet, you will lead a dynamic team in a luxury retail environment, driving sales and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will embody the Tag Heuer brand values and act as a passionate Brand Ambassador, both in-store and at events.

• Increase boutique sales and achieve objectives by analyzing retail performance KPIs and identifying business opportunities.
• Set individual and collective objectives for the team, provide feedback, and develop team members in their roles.
• Ensure outstanding service is offered to all visitors and maintain luxury standards in grooming and visual merchandising.
• Lead client development efforts, setting and following clienteling objectives and planning events in line with brand strategy.
• Oversee boutique operational processes, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and supervising store expenses.

• 5+ years of management experience in a luxury retail environment.
