Job Description

Summary

As an Associate Store Director at Gucci Orlando Outlets, you will lead and support activities to achieve store business objectives, demonstrate exceptional service culture, and manage human resources while driving associate development. You will ensure operational integrity, compliance with loss prevention, and visual merchandising presentation, acting as a dynamic and inspiring leader.

Responsibilities
  • Drive and maximize sales performance to achieve sales budget objectives.
  • Engage with top clients on the sales floor to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Manage stock levels and align with new product launches.
  • Train associates on brand pillars and seasonal strategy.
  • Lead client relationship building and propose local events.
  • Execute superior customer service and after-sales experience.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security standards.
  • Process merchandise requests and shipments daily.
  • Support visual merchandising standards.
  • Conduct monthly coaching sessions with associates.
  • Attract, recruit, and retain a high-performing team.
Requirements
  • 4-6 years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity.
  • Ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
