Assistant Manager Product - The Mall at Millenia

As an Assistant Manager Product at CHANEL located in The Mall at Millenia, you will serve as a brand ambassador and business leader, focusing on delivering extraordinary experiences for both the internal team and clients. You will play a vital role in driving the business of Costume Jewelry, Eyewear, and Other Accessories categories, coaching and managing a diverse sales team, and working closely with the Boutique Director.

• Coach and inspire the team to deliver an elevated client experience on the selling floor.
• Foster a positive working environment and encourage diversity, mutual respect, and teamwork.
• Provide ongoing training and development for all team members, including product details and service delivery.
• Drive all aspects of the assigned product category, including analysis, reporting, and assortment planning.
• Represent CHANEL in the market and develop the client base through community involvement and partnerships.

• Minimum 3 years of related retail sales and leadership experience.
• Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
• Understanding of and passion for client experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
