Boutique Operations Associate

Summary

The Boutique Operations Associate maintains boutique operations and supports profitability through organized, timely inventory management. The role helps ensure accurate stock, efficient deliveries and transfers, and compliance with boutique procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory and organize weekly and monthly cycle counts.
• Organize stockroom and floor inventory, receive and inspect deliveries, and manage transfers and end-of-season returns.
• Share operational updates, inventory results, and consignment issues with boutique teams and finance.
• Manage shipping and VAT documents, book couriers, order store supplies, and support updates to operating procedures.

Requirements

• Previous retail sales experience; jewelry or luxury product experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of customer service needs and the ability to build effective relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to stand and sit for extended periods and regularly lift boxes weighing up to 20 pounds.
