Boutique Operations Associate

Summary

The Boutique Operations Associate maintains boutique operations and supports profitability by receiving, handling, and managing merchandise inventory. The role helps keep stock accurate and organized while supporting efficient boutique processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stock accuracy, organize inventory, and conduct cycle counts.
• Receive deliveries, manage stock transfers, and organize end-of-season returns.
• Support stock requests, share inventory updates, and communicate with other stores and the finance team.
• Manage shipping and VAT documents, book couriers and deliveries, and complete store supply orders.
• Help update boutique operating procedures and ensure compliance with company processes.

Requirements

• Previous retail sales experience; jewelry or luxury product experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of customer service and customer priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and regularly lift boxes weighing up to 20 pounds.
