Summary

The Boutique Operations Associate maintains accurate inventory and organized stockroom and floor stock. The role supports efficient boutique operations through receiving, transfers, administrative tasks, and compliance with operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy, conduct cycle counts, and organize stockroom and floor stock.
• Receive and inspect deliveries, manage stock transfers, and organize end-of-season returns.
• Share inventory updates and operational information with boutique staff, other stores, and the finance team.
• Support operating procedures, shipping documents, courier bookings, deliveries, and store supply orders.

Requirements

• Previous retail sales experience; jewelry or high-end luxury sales experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of customer service and the ability to build effective relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and regularly lift boxes weighing up to 20 pounds.
