Summary

The Stylist welcomes guests into the Maison and serves as a trusted advisor, delivering an exceptional client experience. This role builds lasting client relationships, supports sales and CRM goals, and contributes to an impeccable store environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term client relationships through personalized outreach, clienteling tools, and accurate client data capture.
• Meet individual and store sales, KPI, and CRM targets while using omnichannel services to grow sales.
• Maintain store and back-of-house standards, support inventory activities, and report repair needs.
• Assist after-sales clients and follow up to ensure excellent service.
• Complete required training and follow company policies, standards, and commercial activities.
