The Stylist welcomes guests and serves as a trusted advisor, delivering a personalized luxury experience. This role builds lasting client relationships, supports sales and CRM goals, and contributes to an impeccable store environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service and develop long-term client relationships through personalized outreach and clienteling tools.
• Capture client information, maintain customer notes, and engage with sales, KPI, and CRM targets.
• Use omnichannel services to support sales and stay informed about local trading conditions and competitors.
• Support store presentation, back-of-house standards, inventory, repairs, and after-sales follow-up.
• Complete required training, participate in commercial activities, and follow company policies and standards.
