Boutique Specialist Watchmaker

As a Boutique Specialist Watchmaker, you will provide immediate service to clients entering the New York Boutique, offering detailed analysis for repairs and ensuring seamless processing of services and components. Your role will involve immediate diagnosis to determine the appropriate service for watches, accessories, and more.

• Evaluate products such as watches, clocks, and accessories, including various calibers like quartz, mechanical, automatic, chronographs, and complications.
• Communicate precise and concise information to Sales Associates or Clients regarding product servicing.
• Maintain and organize the workshop, ensuring tools and equipment are calibrated and maintained regularly.
• Participate in routine testing of technical skills and provide feedback related to quality issues during repair processes.
• Communicate effectively with boutique personnel, managers, directors, and clients as necessary.
• Participate in brand trainings and Maison sponsored events.

• Accredited Watchmaking Diploma or Certification, or validated abilities through an exam.
• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in watchmaking, with retail and luxury brand experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills, with knowledge of SAP preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
