Summary
Provide technical services for watches and jewelry at the boutique level including quick services, maintenance, polishing, chain adjustments and component replacements, applying quality standards and workshop practices to ensure timely client care.
Responsibilities
- Perform quick watch services such as battery replacement, functional checks, rate adjustments and water resistance renewal
- Conduct maintenance and complete services on quartz calibers and perform polishing work
- Execute jewelry services including chain adjustments, adding or removing links and LOVE bracelet services
- Perform rhodium services at designated locations
- Diagnose products to determine required service and routing to boutique, main service center or vendor
- Support sales teams on client care cases requiring technical input and complex bracelet adjustments
- Maintain workshop tools equipment and bench organization applying 5S practices
- Manage workflow respecting task objectives, service coding, warranties and quality qualifications
Requirements
- 3-5 years working with luxury watches and products
- Watchmaking technical operations experience
- Encasing certification such as WOSTEP or ability to pass technician exam
- Computer skills including knowledge of SAP and virtual meeting tools
- Strong organizational interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast paced team environment
