Branch Security Officer - Miami Design District

Summary

The Branch Security Officer is responsible for protecting store assets and supporting daily store operations while delivering an outstanding client experience. This role combines front-of-house customer service with back-of-house security and operational controls to deter loss and ensure safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide security and operations support to protect inventory and people, including deterring theft and responding to incidents.
• Partner with senior security and store management on incident management, investigations, and follow-up actions.
• Perform daily inspections, alarm and equipment tests, key access controls, and required security reporting.
• Carry out opening and closing procedures, cover back-of-house operations, and assist with facilities repairs and vendor coordination.
• Support the sales team by delivering excellent customer service and contributing to a positive in-store experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and ability to complete required reports and inspections.
• Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Desired: Prior experience in a security or retail security role (approximately 1 year).
